Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and city/location that you provide when building your resume.
- Professional Information: Work experience, education, skills, and other resume content you provide.
- Job Description: The job description text you paste into our service.
- Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card details, bank account numbers, or other financial information.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate your tailored resume using AI
- To deliver the generated PDF to you via download and email
- To process your payment through Razorpay
- To provide customer support if you contact us
Data Storage & Retention
Your resume data is stored temporarily for a maximum of 24 hours to facilitate delivery. After 24 hours, all session data is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. We do not maintain long-term databases of user information.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- OpenAI:Your resume content is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI's data usage policies apply.
- Razorpay:Payment processing. Razorpay's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
- Resend:Email delivery of your resume PDF. Subject to Resend's privacy policy.
- Vercel: Application hosting and temporary data storage.
Data Security
All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/SSL. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information during processing and temporary storage.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Know what personal data we process
- Request deletion of your data (though it auto-deletes within 24 hours)
- Opt out of email communications
- Contact us with any privacy concerns
No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above, solely for the purpose of delivering our service to you.
